Policy

Late Arrival: An additional $15 will be added to all sessions where the client is beyond 15 minutes late.
Missed Appointment: If you are more than 35 minutes late, the shoot will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded.

Advance Notice: If you cancel more than 3 days before the scheduled shoot, you will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. However, your deposit fee can be used towards a future session if you reschedule within 7 days of the original shoot date.
Short Notice: Cancellations made within 3 days of the shoot will forfeit all payments.

Rescheduling Process: If you need to reschedule, please contact us through email.
Tardiness Reschedule: Rescheduling due to tardiness will require a new deposit.
Weather Exceptions: Rescheduling is allowed for weather-related events such as rain, storms, extreme temperatures, or unsafe travel conditions at no additional cost.

Respectful Behavior: Clients and any accompanying individuals must behave respectfully towards the staff and respect the studio space and equipment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the session being terminated without a refund.
Studio Usage: Any damages to studio equipment or property caused by the client or their party will be billed to the client.
Compliance: Clients are expected to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the photographer or videographer to ensure a safe and productive session.

Travel: For locations within Texas, a one-way travel fee of $0.50 per mile will be applied.

Booking Requests: All booking inquiries should be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
Consultation: We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your needs and vision.

Deposit

Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. Deposits and payments can be made through our website.

Confirmation

Securing the Booking: Your booking will be confirmed manually once the deposit is received, a contract is signed, and a consultation is booked.
Proof Delivery: Proofs will not be sent until the remaining balance for the shoot is paid.

Turnaround

Delivery Time: The turnaround time for proofs will depend on the package you choose and will be clearly outlined in the package details.

Included Revisions: Each package includes a specified number of revisions as outlined in the package details. Additional revisions beyond this will incur extra fees.
Revision Requests: Clients must submit all revision requests within 7 days of receiving their proofs.
Final Approval: Once the final edits are approved by the client, no further changes will be made unless additional fees are paid.

Usage Rights: JTF Studios retains the rights to use images and videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Model Release: By booking with JTF Studios, you grant permission for your photos and videos to be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

Package Details: All details and deliverables are outlined in the package selected. Packages cannot be altered; however, additional add-ons may be purchased.

Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued in cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as files being lost, corrupted, or destroyed.
Liability Disclaimer: In the unlikely event that files are lost, stolen, or corrupted for reasons beyond JTF Studios' control, liability is limited to the return of payments based on the amount and significance of the files lost. Funds will be refunded proportionally to the extent of the lost content.
